Der einfachste Weg dazu ist der Verkauf der Immobilie: Das Paar verkauft die Immobilie und teilt sich den Gewinn. Dies ist h\u00e4ufig der Fall, wenn keiner der Partner die Hypothek allein tragen kann oder will.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich ist dies nicht die einzige m\u00f6gliche L\u00f6sung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Eigentumsverh\u00e4ltnisse k\u00f6nnen auch unver\u00e4ndert bleiben, wobei beide Ehegatten Miteigent\u00fcmer bleiben, aber ein Partner \u00fcber das Eigentum verf\u00fcgen und dem anderen eine Ausgleichszahlung leisten kann.<\/p>\n<p>Ein Partner k\u00f6nnte zum Beispiel seinen Anteil an der Immobilie aufgeben und im Gegenzug eine Nutzniessung oder einen Anteil vom Einkommen erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Eine \u00dcbernahme des Miteigentumsanteils eines Partners durch den anderen ist ebenfalls m\u00f6glich, allerdings m\u00fcssen ausreichende Mittel zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen, und nat\u00fcrlich muss eine der Parteien bereit sein, ihren Anteil am Miteigentum zu verkaufen.<\/p>\n<p>Jede andere Vereinbarung, die \u00fcber die fragliche Immobilie hinausgeht, wie z.B. die Aufteilung anderer Immobilien oder Verm\u00f6genswerte, ist m\u00f6glich und kann au\u00dfergerichtlich geregelt werden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Im Falle einer Scheidung f\u00fchrt die Aufl\u00f6sung des G\u00fcterstandes h\u00e4ufig zur Beendigung der G\u00fctergemeinschaft.
